Membership is open to researchers, clinicians and students in the field of endocrinology and hormonal systems. These members have voting rights and can attend general meetings.
Benefits will include reduced rate registration at the European Congress of Endocrinology and any other ESE events, access to a web-based directory of European endocrinologists, a bi-annual newsletter and email alerts advising of news and grants. They also receive a reduced rate subscription to the European Journal of Endocrinology , Journal of Endocrinology, Journal of Molecular Endocrinology, and the Endocrine-Related Cancer.
There are two levels of payments within this category:
The reduced rate is €25 for full ordinary members or €50 for those from countries classified by the World Bank as high income. Income status can be checked at http://www.worldbank.org/data/countryclass/classgroups.htm#High_income
Endocrinologists who are from countries classified as high income, but who are under 35 years of age or retired from employment will also be eligible for the reduced rate of €25.

Applications for Ordinary Membership and subscription to the journals at the reduced rate should be made on the form 'Application for ESE Ordinary Membership'.
You can complete the application and make payment online. For payment you will be taken to a secure server where you can safely enter your credit card details for quick and easy payment using the secure and trusted WorldPay system.
Alternatively you can download the application form below and return it, together with the payment, to the ESE Secretariat. If you decide to download and complete the printable version of the application then payment can only be made by bank transfer or cheque and details can be found on the application form. Payment can only be made by credit card if you complete the online application form.

Applications for Ordinary Membership must be from members of a national medical or scientific society in endocrinology or a related subject. Please indicate on the membership form the society of which you are a member. Please note that applications cannot be processed without this information.
Applications for Ordinary Membership must be accompanied by payment of the first year's membership fee, if appropriate. The application should be returned to the ESE Secretary, European Society of Endocrinology, Euro House, 22 Apex Court, Woodlands, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 4JT, UK or emailed to info@euro-endo.org, entitled 'Application for ESE Ordinary Membership' or faxed to +44 1454 642222.
Every application must be approved by the ESE Executive Committee and by the full membership at the general meeting.
New membership applications will be formally approved at the next AGM which will be held at ECE 2008 in Berlin, Germany, 3-7 May 2008.
