ESE Young Investigator AwardSix ESE Young Investigator awards of €3000 each (£2075), generously sponsored by Novartis, will be presented to researchers submitting abstracts (basic or clinical) to the 2006 ECE. The awards will be based on the achieved abstract scores, as determined by the ECE abstract review committee; the final decision is made by the ECE Programme Organizing Committee. Successful applicants should be less than 35 years of age at the time of the meeting and must indicate on the abstract form whether they wish to be considered for an ESE Young Investigator Award. http://www.novartis.co.uk/index.shtml
British Thyroid Association AwardThe British Thyroid Association will award a prize of €720 (£500) to a young researcher at the ECE meeting who submits an high scoring abstract in the thyroid field.
